You leave out Arthur Friedenreich and Ademir and, arguably, Neymar. 

Pele and Romario don’t count for Billy because they played more than 10 years ago. Ronaldo was fat in the last couple of years of his international career and I guess Ronaldinho is counted as a midfielder.

The early 90s Bills would probably be the eastiest comparison.

Regarding Portugal, that doesn’t seem to be the consensus from what I’ve read. People are always negative about Portugal’s quality and, to be honest, while they’ve managed okay so far they haven’t looked terribly convincing.

Eh, I don’t think it was a dive. The hand lightly impeded him, but it would have been a VERY soft pen to give. Him tipping onto his backside wasn’t the part where he was trying to buy the foul (dive), to me; that was aftermath.

For everyone musing about Ronaldo vs Messi - Ronaldo has 10 teammates who have one goal; making their star look good and maximizing his potential, so that he can help his team win, while Messi has to carry 10 ‘teammates’ who watch him trying to shake off double and triple coverage while wishing him well in his endeavor…

As bad as that first goal, at least it was just a major error. That third goal is something beyond words and what I should not see watching the World Cup.
