A guy at work has one of these with the manual. I mean, I get it, I guess, but I’m not spending my money on it.

Financial literacy/knowledge is pathetically low.
1st: The example given, of the late middle-aged gentleman dumping his problematic old Odyssey for a nice used RX350 only after he confirmed his retirement plan was holding up and apparently had some savings to make a down payment... Not really a bad scenario, right? I’m trying to find fault with him. If the loan was…
Taking out a loan to buy a depreciating asset isn’t optimal
People are taking out larger and larger loans for cars because cars cost more and wages have been stagnant for a decade. We have a national public transit infrastructure designed around the concept of “don’t have a car? sucks to be you I guess” so a car is pretty much required, and as y’all have pointed out, right now…
To maximize coverage in front of the driver.
Saddles with the cutout may help. They may not. Try other fitment stuff first.
It’s pretty insane when you have to maintain 80 MPH just to keep up with the flow of traffic; especially the limit is 65 MPH. It’s even more insane when your on a motorcycle and people pass you on the right at over 100 MPH! ...Forking iceholes.

I have no issues with Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard owning a building and I think they’re being really good landlords by not charging rent for April. It’s decent and I wish my apartment complex would do the same.
The question is... if a popular democrat party president were suggesting this very same livery, would ANYONE be complaining about it?
Alternatively, a simple answer to all of the above:
I’ve been sitting in that uncomfortable seat for hours and my legs/knees stretching.
I’m not sure what’s worse, being Takes-Ball-Away-From-Kids Guy or being Chooses-Drinks-Based-On-ABV guy.
Oh give me a fucking break. Remember when cities put in red light cameras and suddenly people were pissed off that they were caught running red lights?? Or that they were caught speeding by speed cameras? What happened? Cities started removing the cameras that were catching people breaking the law.
I’m the rare pedestrian who stops at stop signs. I prefer to jay walk when possible because I always make sure there’s no on-coming traffic. Every time I’ve come close to being hit by a car, it’s when I’m legally crossing at a marked intersection.
Don’t bother, cars don’t realize they rolling run every stop sign 95% of the time.
That clearly goes both ways. Sure I accept the fact that other people in my building may get home later at night than I do, but they should also accept the fact that their neighbors might not like to be ripped from a sound sleep by the sound of what can only be friggin’ clog dancing at 1am. Mutual respect.
Or be a respectful tenant and realize there's other people in your building.
