I used this when clearing customs at JFK. Super easy other the initial confusion about how to insert the passport. Everything else was annoying- navigating JFK to get to your connection is PITA especially when they make you go through security again. Stupid.

My guess is that the tires are some serious run-flats. Are there any run-flat snow tires that meet Secret Service specs? Even then, DC ability to clear snow and ice is for crap.
