If you love Vallee's work, he'll be doing another series for HBO titled Sharp Objects, which will star Amy Adams as "reporter Camille Preaker, played by Adams, who returns to her hometown to cover the murder of two preteen girls following a stay in a psychiatric hospital."

Real talk, this was one of the most satisfying season finales I've ever watched. The detective watching them on the beach could indicate a second season without the flashforward gimmick, but if this is the last we see of Big Little Lies, I feel entirely fulfilled by the story they told.

Was that really James Tupper and Adam Scott singing or were they dubbed?

I wish they'd included Bonnie's abuse if only to set up what she ends up doing later. As it is, it just comes out of nowhere.

Right? I can't imagine it wouldn't have been easier to just call T.I.

From a sociological standpoint, I do find it kind of interesting how outrage is applied, since it never seems entirely equitable.

I have every expectation this will end well.

At this rate, I'd take back Twila Tanner.

Model. She was also a model.

And not even that he didn't play the idol, but he didn't even bring it to tribal with him.

The thing with Debbie is that she'll likely just alienate anyone else crazy enough to align with her. Sure, she's a loose cannon, but she's a loose cannon to everybody. She assumes everyone is disrespecting her, because her standards are so frigging high for what constitutes respect.

I can't imagine ever being the kind of person who would need screen time so badly that I needed to act like that to get it.

Observations:

At the time, I felt like she was kind of overdoing it by stirring shit when she didn't really need to. But it ended up working out beautifully for her. Seriously, how has she not gotten a single vote at tribal council yet?

The only way I can reconcile this abrupt change is by assuming that Joy was simply always a terrible person, characterized by occasional flirtations with conscience. If that's the case, this wouldn't be too far off-brand for her. But man alive, was this written poorly.

Maybe she's listening just to gather information, since information is power, or whatever lesson Harold told her. That said, I doubt that's what it is.

I would love for him to sing some other Smash songs. I think he'd slay "Mr. and Mrs. Smith", "Broadway Here I Come", "Never Give All the Heart", "I Heard Your Voice In A Dream" and "Don't Let Me Know".

I used to watch Bewitched religiously on Nick at Nite as a kid.

Seriously, whose son did she refuse to go out with? I get that she has movies and such, but it's not as if Driver isn't in high demand himself, and he's still around bi-weekly. Her absence is straight-up distracting.

While this season has delivered some of the best moments in the show's run, there's a fair portion of it that feels like everyone is just looking for the door and looking to wrap this up as quickly as possible. And it really shows in Marnie's storyline, with a lot of treadmill-running with Desi, followed by a sudden
