unfortunately, as of Jan 26, I am not aware of any state that has established ABLE accounts that you can 'open'. The act is signed into law. States have till dec 2015 to figure it all out and start offering the accounts. Good to know now as we can start saving money to put lumpsum towards the end of 2015.

Although true to most extent, i dont necessarily agree. Its good to know hourly wages it kills the spirit of work. I dont tie every hour that i work to money as lot of time spend on work is invested for future and personal growth. So, I would say, know your hourly salary, dont track it.
