More interesting?

For a second there, I did think Paul Rudd had been sentence to house arrest for death threats, drug possession.

Who's "we"? You obviously don't feel there's a problem and prefer people stop talking about it. Instead you chose to make a crude and sexist comment about Rose McGowan, justifying why some of us are talking about sexism.

More evidence that the comments to every article about sexism prove why such articles are needed.

Uppity dames. Next thing you know, they'll be demanding the vote!

The merling theory is the best thing I've read on that subreddit.

Classic psychopathic behavior: pathological lying, inflated sense of self-worth, impulsiveness, risk-taking behavior, failure to learn from mistakes or bad decisions, etc. etc.

I predict there will be at least one YouTube comment accusing the makers of this video of animal cruelty.

I dunno. King Robert was a hearty individual and the throne seemed to accommodate him pretty well.

Yeah, she's a bad person, but she was being punished in the wrong way and for the wrong things.

The parallel was definitely there. She was walking to a hill. She fell at one point while the mob was jeering at her. And she had bloody hands and feet too.

Jaime's flowing hair was part of his image as a golden boy, Prince Charming-type. He cut it to reflect that he was done with pretense (and lice).

You've clearly never been to a Korean spa.

I think it may have something to do with the fact that most of Stannis's storyline in the books is told through the POV of Davos. Davos is clearly a good man and he worships Stannis. So his hero worship may have rubbed off on less critical readers.

"the mutineers just come off as a bunch of idiots who refuse to change even though the need to do so is starring them in the face."

I think you're mixing up the show with the books. The books generally depict deaths if they actually happen and don't depict them if it's a fake-out. The show doesn't follow such rules.

Yes. Fits in nicely with the episode theme of broken oaths.

I really enjoyed it too and am bemused by the grumbling.

If Jon does rise from the dead, I think he'll stop being a POV character in the books.

Stannis wasn't even cool in the books. The show version is actually more sympathetic due to the superb acting by Dillane. I don't understand the Stannis worship by either book readers or show watchers at all. He's a dick.
