I loved the 8th episode and that it was the 8th episode. I mean, just that decision alone, elevates this show to B+ level for me. How much richer did it make the entire season to finally know from whence everything sprung? How much more heartbreaking to see a couple who had been so in sync and attuned to one another…

The series gained momentum as it went on. I was pleasantly surprised by the finale in particular. I would have opted for a B+ -ish grade.

It definitely improves after the first two episodes. I think Bateman pretending to be a director really held down the first two, which sucked. As soon as another directed stepped in, it got better. It's still not great.

Yeah, the review confused me. Just starting out on the final episode, and Mrs. Box and I enjoyed the season very much.

This was a fantastically acted show with a steel-solid narrative that engaged me and everyone I know who is currently watching it.

This reviewer is trying way too hard to be contrarian. I disagree with just about every criticism he makes. The show has no humor? Give me a break - lots a funny stuff in this show. Tell me Laura Linney throwing a dead possum on that trailer is not funny. Maybe Mr. Adams is a redneck from the Ozark area and took it…

Sorry I did not get back to you sooner….someone is messing with my iPad and I am not seeing my alerts…this show is fantastic…much better than bloodline..moves at a great pace…you can chock batements mistakes up to as being written into the script as showing how tired he is and as that he is new to…

Well it is good. You shouldn't determine if a show is good or not just by reading a review on the internet that's trying way to hard to be edgy

He doesn't pick it by thinking it through, he picks it because he's about to get shot and has a pamphlet in his pocket.

I'm two episodes in and I'm enjoying it. Is it as good as Breaking Bad or Mad Men? No, but still an enjoyable summer watch. Also being from Missouri it's fun seeing your childhood weekend getaway place for water skiing, go carts and mini golf as the setting of a crime drama.
