Yeah but it also opens up more escape routes. I just seemed to have so many times where I am maybe past the 20 minute marker and i get hit with a dead end and i die because so much is flying at me.

I enjoyed the original but once difficulty got past the 4th level there is so much happening on the screen and your options were left, right, up or down. Often leading to my death if my evasion move was on cooldown. Three dimensions kinda really opens it up as they found out.
