But how could that be? It was completely localized within the kitchen of house he had trouble finding in the first place.

i guess i should note that im calculating with lease... vs a used car you have to purchase outright... a used accord loan will likely still run you over $200 a month +plus gasoline and maintenance ....

Can somebody answer THIS question though:  why will I read literally every article I find about the Steamed Hams segment?  I think I’ve been cursed ...

You’re History’s Greatest Monster.

I’m still disappointed WandaVision’s “dinner with the boss” episode didn’t include Vision sneaking out to Krustyburger.

It’s funny that “Steamed Hams” is a parody of a very specific sitcom trope that’s not so common anymore, and yet it still works for the youngins who might not even know what it’s parodying. I guess that just further shows how great the sketch is.

Hi, question for Mr. Weinstein. In episode 3F12, when Chalmers returns Agnes to her house, he obviously knows where the Skinners live. Yet in episode 3F18 Chalmers complains about Seymour’s directions to the house, implying that he needed them to get there. I mean, what are we to believe. that this is some sort of

which briefly made us wonder if we were being too nitpicky.

Yeah, our resident ‘well, actually’, followed usually by some proto-libertarian something or other.

But David did surprise me these past few days with a good take or two, thus I gave him the benefit of the doubt. For now.

I could live with that.

But if enforcement of any kind is needed, I prefer cameras to persons armed and trained to see every interaction with the public as ‘a war between them and us’.

It’s just David E.Davis being David E.Davis, i.e. incapable of realizing that basic point.

I agree, surveillance state is not a better option. But those in favor of keeping it the way it is because they know they get away with shit now because of their caucasity are hypocrites.
So yes, find a 3rd choice.

True. But only in the US are people afraid of being pulled over, due to it being able to escalate within seconds.
This is a uniquely American problem. Shootings at traffic stops are unknown in other places (unless you’re dealing with the mafia).

Is the picture of you? You can appeal the fine.  There’s your due process.  What chances do you think you have in court when you get a ticket.  It’s you word against the officers, and they take the officer’s word every time.

You can... fight the ticket? I know I’d much rather receive a fine in the mail and schedule a court appearance on my own terms than be worried about getting pulled out of my car by a cop who didn’t like my haircut or the spelling of my name and then having to spend the weekend in jail for “resisting arrest” while

Crazy - and the sad thing is that the thought of getting her info and reporting her quickly faded because you know nothing would happen and more likely you’d get more shit because of it...

traffic offenses are usually civil infractions.  being civil instead of criminal opens up tons of loopholes.

Most studies find red light cameras actually cause more accidents. People worried about the camera slam on the brakes early and get rear ended.

It ended w/me opening my garage door and her walking back to her car. No ticket. No apology. She asked questions and i told her to either give me a ticket or leave since she had no warrant.

This is the whole damn truth. And while being a police officer isnt even in the top 10 of most dangerous jobs in the country one of the most dangerous activities is jus being roadside during stops. Ppl run into cop cars because they are rubbernecking and it causes injury and havoc.
