I know you know better than ungreying the troll.
So the cop, who clearly was the aggressor, is still trying to claim that he was the aggrieved party and was punched in the face? When there is video evidence to the contrary? He’s clearly delusional and shouldn’t be wearing a badge.
I go back and forth. Ultimately, I’d bet he didn’t. I’m sure he didn’t want those kids thinking about his mortality as well as theirs. He just seemed like such a good, conscientious person.
I can’t even tell my sister something without my mother and brother finding out. The circle this man kept are MVPs.
I think it’s all very sweet but I do wish parents would give their kids room to grieve without posting it online. Kids should get some privacy too.
I did the exact same thing last night. Denial, excessive googling, then uncharacteristic crying over a celebrity that I didn’t personally know. It was such a gut punch.
I found an interview he did a few years ago:
He typed a lot of words just to say bl*e lives matter. Being a cop is a choice one makes, it’s not the most dangerous job by a long shot. My mother is a trauma nurse, she and her colleagues deal with violent racist patients on a regular basis (in the south) and they manage to maintain professionalism. If nurses…
Why did you ungrey the troll?
Police officers shouldn’t murder innocent people
again, ACAB
The fact that this deputy wasn’t immediately fired from the force once his “superiors” saw the footage and was allowed for nearly an entire year to keep up this charade and proceed with a lawsuit proves that there are no good apples. The entire fucking barrel is rotten. What type of psycho insists going forward when…
ding, ding, ding! it doesn’t make sense for a lot of us who are 1st or 2nd gen Americans. What about people who where born here but parents came from a country that doesn’t exist anymore? I had an elementary school friend whose family was from Yugoslavia but was born here. What does her American citizenship revert to?…
The guy that wrote the racist Newsweek op-ed questioning Kamala’s bonafides also wrote an op-ed stating the exact opposite regarding Rafael “Ted” Cruz who was born in Canada. When Cruz was born, his mother was a citizen and his father was not and he held dual citizenship until he decided to run for president. Yet, ther…
That “opinion” piece was written by a man who resigned from his job to run for CA Attny General. He lost that primary to a man who lost to Kamala and now he’s making overtures regarding her eligibility. Newsweek should be ashamed.
So the city cut their budget by less than 1% and 100 cops and she quits in protest?
Wasn’t she illegally detaining him and his children??
I had an emergency crown repair back in June and had to make multiple visits to correct it and they charged the $25 fee every time. I understand that this is something that they can’t get reimbursed for from insurance but $125 for their PPE seems excessive.
The most embarrassing thing about all of this is how unembarrassed his supporters are. They’ll just say he “misspoke” and move on when he clearly does not know the dates of, causes of, players of the WW or any other significant event in US history. He doesn’t know anything just like they don’t know anything. This is…
