I am starting to agree. I'm sure the drama is condensed here because this is TV, but there's no way this can hold. Of course that's part of the tremendous tension of the show.

Remember how, when this show started, it seems like it wasn't really making a value judgement about whether the US was "better" than the USSR?

At first glance, I read that as Russia going to hang Phillip, which, holy shit, that would be an ending.

It's getting harder and harder to believe Phillip will continue. He's not a true believer like Elizabeth, who's a bit crazy imo.

I was born in 1970. There was no better stuff back then.

I'm not saying no one wore them, dum dum. But the point of a disguise (at least in part) is to fit in and not stick in anyone's memory.

I'm aware of that. A time when people like Kool Herc might have been rocking a baseball cap. Maybe, at a stretch, somebody like Henry.

Elizabeth's baseball cap always bothers me. I was born in 1970, and I don't remember seeing a non baseball player wearing a baseball hat until 1983, maybe.
And certainly not a middle aged woman.
Seems like it would stick out.

Pawnsylvania will live forever in my heart. As will anything Canadian.

Kaitlin Olson may be the perfect woman.

These are the words I am typing in response to your comment.

Sam Elliott's naked upper lip is a terrifying hellscape. I surmise it it is a sentient being in a symbiotic relationship with the rest of him yet fully capable of independent thought and action.

Ava has looked incredible this season. Lady knows how to wear a blouse, amirite?

I would not be unhappy if the last shot of this show was Wynn and Mikey cruising to a new location in the Winnebago, every other major character having been killed or jailed. Or maybe a Thelma and Louise style clasped-hands-off-the-cliff deal. Though I'm not sure Wynn would actually touch another human being.

I guess I'm talking more about his fans.

I like WTF sometimes, but the more I listen to it, the more firmly I am convinced The actual Marc Maron is an asshole.

God damn, how right you are. On the Road is the most meandering overstuffed piece of emperor-with-no-clothes shit ever.

I never got Burroughs. I listened to TAL. It was entertaining and I'm glad I listened to it

Saw it today with my kids. Straight up stoner movie.
