These people left reviews of their experience on Yelp etc. Some of these were quoted in an article in a newspaper. I actually saw couple of such people interviewed for a news show.

I see a lot of people here saying Door Dash response tiem was very reasonable considering they are on west coast etc. If they are running a 24/7 business on east coast, it is not unreasonable to expect them to take care of their delivery issues 24/7 on eastern time.
