You probably could, but most people don’t drive enough measured either by distance or time to make the ad exposure worth very much.

The “arguments” are only “arguments” ( with scare quotes ) if you take the article as representing the actual arguments.

It is really interesting to see the actual argument ( although a bit tedious to wade through ). It would have been great reporting to accurately represent it here.

Another appropriate inquiry is the contract they were playing under and the fact that the agreements were structured differently **and agreed upon** by the respective players’ associations.

Any kind of honest reporting would have included this ( the actual filing):
