I was in a similar situation and carried on for a few years until I upgraded my phone... So don’t tell them you changed jobs and don’make changes to the account. ( it was a good discount too! )

I think you are confused about the difference between how often you see/hear/read about something - which you interpret as “frequency” and how often things actually occur - which is actually “frequency.”

Seems like an awful lot of “attack the messenger” going on in this article.
