Cooperative house with real E and acid (they had a drug-testing center run by chem students) was the place back when I was in Berkeley.
Hit the Heinz bottle on the “57.” It’s deliberately positioned in the ideal spot for hitting to get ketchup out.
In contrast: I’ve flown only with my dog in cabin, and it’s been pretty easy.

I’ve done it to move to another continent. My guy is just small enough to go in-cabin in a light carrier (weight limits are usually pet+carrier), and it was surprisingly easy. Enough so I’ve flown back and forth with him since for extended visits to my home country.
I’ve had chronic, treatment-resistant migraines for 20+ days/month for almost two decades now. Doesn’t sound ignorant to me at all. I wish you all the best.
The “radical honesty” of lying to ones partner.
Very interesting. I developed sinus problems living in a very polluted area years ago and they made my migraine pain much worse (same frequency, but so much more painful). Thanks for sharing!
And new drug family is always much more hopeful than another medicine in the same category. :)
Yeah I know. In a way you’re really lucky! I haven’t been able to eat chocolate consequence-free for 20 years now. But food is one of the most commonly identified things for triggering or lowering the threshold for getting a migraine. It’s strange that someone wouldn’t try food triggers, like OP, while seeing doctors.
I’m really surprised your “best doctors” never did elimination diets with you. Food triggers are incredibly common with migraines.
I think the biggest drawback in trying this is the safety issue. Antibody treatments are very cutting edge and this might be the first one meant to be used long term (vs limited term for cancer treatments). Trial period for this drug was 12-24 weeks. Unlike the off-label drugs the side effects and long term effects…
Fellow hemiplegic migraine patient? <3
There’s three more coming out soon.
My neurologist (also headache specialist) is pretty pessimistic about it. Tried these past couple of years to get me into one of the Phase 3 trials for the four Ab migraine drugs coming out (this is the first that’s made it to market, but the other three are close behind), and I was rejected for multiple factors.
Right?! I live in the heart of the breakfast/brunch neighborhood of Tel Aviv, and I don’t think any local cafes serve falafel. Most shawarma/falafel places don’t even open until noon.
This should be a lifehack post of it’s own.
You forgot tip #1: See what software is available for free or via heavy discount from your school.
Just found out my partner of nearly a decade was having an affair because the other woman found out about me and informed me. As shitty as my life has been since, I’m grateful to her.
