I hate to shill, but I recently purchased a Bed Fan from Brookstone after a couple of hot weeks. ZOMG! I love having the air under the sheets, and not from a Dutch Oven. I use it every night and even gave three as gifts in the last month. There is another brand on Amazon if you don’t like Brookstone, but with a $25

The trouble with these, and I’ve tried several, is that their loudness just isn’t sufficient to overcome the sound of the shower.

And owning it!

I agree that is how I would sound, which is why I did it only as a brief experiment. But it would be because educated people anglicised forte based on conflating the French word with an Italian homograph which led to modern pronunciation. An interesting instance when education collectively led to an uneducated result

As I did say ‘both are now considered acceptable,’ I’m not sure how I’m wrong.

Good’un!

I try to say all foreign phrases properly, usually even when that sounds silly... except for one.

I have tried a lot of memory foam pillows, solid, shredded, gell filled, cool gel layer, contoured, etc... Shredded is among my least favorite. It bunches and becomes lumpy very quickly. I think it’s basically made of remnants.

KVMB+ only attached to one monitor.

I am an IT consultant. I use KVMB switches to switch between Servers, permanent workstations, and workstations I am building/configuring. I also build and repair PCs at home and use a KVMB switch there, too. My main PC is a pretty high specced multi-monitor setup and I like having the option of switching a monitor to

Well, given Clint’s history with the rambling empty chair speech, which seemed to have a kind of racist undertone, I expected to read this and have my opinion of Clint confirmed by more similar attitudes.

I’m unclear on two items in your list of new features.

I am an IT consultant and constantly in need of testing the Internet speed via wired and wifi connections and through firewalls and other appliances at client sites. I used Speedtest for years, until the world finally came to its senses and got rid of flash. I do still have the Speedtest app on my phone, but when

I heard once, from a veterinary student, that dog saliva is aseptic to humans, and vice versa. That is, dog saliva is not septic since the pathogens in dogs are not ones that make humans sick.

I’m curious whether you included Born in the USA because you are genuinely clueless or intintentionally provoking an argument among readers?

Born in the USA is certainly not a jingoistic America “Love it or Leave it” song, but it is not anti-American. It is pro-America being a place where we can own our mistakes and learn from them like adults, not flatly deny them like five year-olds standing next to broken vases.

There are, of course, other factors, however, with a 50,000 home sample size, most of those are largely, if not entirely, discounted. There would have to be an extremely statistically abnormal correlation between room colors and home age to overcome the large sample size.

Here’s a good tip.

If you are interested in replicating fast food or restaurant recipes, I recommend the Top Secret book series by Todd Wilbur.
