As far as I can tell, Nolan probably rewrote the majority of Goyer’s script. I mean, Zak Penn still gets a writing credit on Avengers even though Whedon says he threw out almost all of it. (Penn’s another guy with a resume like Goyer: X-men 3 and Elektra.)
