They're cumulative on PS4. It started at 6.087 out of 6.9 GB for anybody who had the most recent patch. All of the updates have been like this since Dark Below.

The patch was only 960 MB unless you haven’t played in a long time. The patches are all cumulative. Also, if you don’t pick up the scorcher right away, a blueberry will beat you to it and burn off all the rounds on dregs without even charging the shots.

I wouldn’t import it. The NA voice over has been done for a little bit now. I think this will see near simultaneous release. There was only around a month between Japan and NA for Ultimax.

Liberation was for Vita and it was excellent. The PSP game started Altair and was terrible.
