Apparently after generations of inbreeding on the island, many people have the same names. They might not have had much choice about it. All the other candidates might have been named “Ooker”, too.

HUNDREDS OF YEARS. Even the Young Earth crazies believe the world has been around for thousands of years. Either Tangier is a relatively recent volcanic island, or Trump is a doddering idiot incapable of thinking in large numbers.
