Oddy, I follow these recommendations almost to a T, but have found that as time passes, all of these bits still tend to build-up quite a bit. One box of cables after a year or two seems to multiply.

Education (for Americans)

I hear what your saying, but I largely disagree with much of the "federalist" rancor against doing things that are in Americans' best interest because Americans might be required to pay for them (i.e., via taxes). Probably the wrong forum for ideology bloviations, though.
