God I love the number of comments missing the reference

My immediate reaction was “holy shit I should do that this is brilliant”

I’ve seen a few of these, and TBH “thrift flipping” makes me uncomfortable

I was actually coming to the comments to say that she looks like a genderbent Jonah Hill (not a bad thing!)

And. Well. Now I know why?

Oh my god

This is everything my queer little heart would have wanted out of a movie in high school

I'm actually going to be in Brooklyn that night, for the first time in my life. Holy crap.

I haven’t started Episode 2 yet, but I seriously loved Captain Spirit. His sense of wonder was a joy to play through, and as a kid from an abusive household, I thought that was handled really really well.

Read this after getting in a huge fight with my husband about the fact that he didn’t take out the trash like I asked him to, and now it has to sit another week.

“But I just did it!” he said

Nope. That was two weeks ago. You took it out two weeks ago. Also you didn’t do the dishes.

And he wonders why I’m cranky every

I live in Maine, where Allagash White is THE beer. Only, I thought it was overrated and there’s 5 craft breweries within a block of where I work, so I’ve skipped it for years.

And then I tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and realized just how wrong I was. It’s going to be my go-to this summer, for sure.

It probably has something to do when them explicitly calling it a “choose your own adventure” thing in the series.

There trend has resurfaced in middle grade fiction recently, but it’s all “find your fun!” and “choose your path!” because of the trademarks.

(FYI- There’s a really great CYOA series based on the Oregon

I’ve been eyeing this for my game group, because I HATE learning new games.

But. Two of the guys in my group are lawyers, and one in particular is really good at reading through a rule book and basically memorizing it, or understanding it enough to teach us. So maybe we don’t need Dized YET

JESUS CHRIST I KNOW I WAS READING ALL THE UPDATES ON TWITTER

Went by the information that was available at the time, k thanks.

A taproom in my town does “Toddler Tap Takeover” every few weeks, where they have a separate area set and parents can bring their babies without having to worry about bothering other people. It’s been a huge hit.

I’ve never been out with my friends to a group dinner where we didn’t all just get our own checks. We make sure to let the server know right at the beginning and everything tends to go pretty smoothly from there.

It works for us, because my group has professors and lawyers and then one or two of us works above minimum

Gee, a woman hiding her true identity from the internet, for fear of backlash? I am ever so surprised.

Jesus fucking christ there was no way she could have come out ahead on this. If she had her identity out in the open, she would have been harassed anyway.

Men suck.

I AM SO HYPED

Seriously, I can’t wait to play this. And read the comic.

Husband and I have our 10 year this year and we’re still on the fence about going. On one hand, Facebook has made it easy to keep up with everyone we actually gave a shit about in high school, so... why go? We live in small town Maine and a lot of the class DID stay around.

On the other hand, he and I were notorious

Are there any good resources for actually LEARNING Smash? I feel like the game itself does a crap job teaching you how to play, and I haven’t seen many tutorials for the new game yet.

They’re my guilty pleasure. It’s good summer driving music. I definitely sent my dad their new album for Christmas.
