As far as I know, yes. I’m the stick-wiggler in the front, so I know a good bit about the twin 701Cs but the APU less so. It requires 2800psi hydraulic pressure to start, and it runs at a steady RPM and power output. Hot as hell though, and really doesn’t like outside ambient air high temps for too long.
