Maybe for some, but most people don’t obsessively follow news, they just see headlines. They might think the Vegas tunnel is stupid, but most likely see Tesla as a car company of the future still.

It’s taken from the Eminem song “Stan”
You’d pass on those because they feel like economy cars, and then say you’d go with an STI, which has a cheaper looking interior than the Civic?
Yeah, I saw in another article how there’s apparently great lease deals. I looked up Electrify America’s map and there’s one charging station in my small but densely populated Northeast city
Black, white, grey, and silver should be banned as car color options. Commuting is already shit, it should not also resemble a dystopian story.
Cars that aren’t public transit should be banned in cities or at least heavily diminished with street closures
New VW EV??
I imagine it’s kind of like the police. The sane ones that would want to fix the place just end up quitting, and you end up with a bunch of bumbling true believers that they’re Chosen Ones that everyone is out to get
It’s this, but it’s also that a lot of them are tech losers. The same kinds of people that got into holy wars over Windows vs. Mac, iPhone vs. Android, Google vs. Microsoft, etc. They’re losers with only one goal in life, and that’s to Defend Their Purchase.
I actually liked the last gen’s looks, but I figured most people were likely put off by it, which led to the walk back here.
We need more cooled seats as well. The CX-5 has cooled seats but the brand newish “Premium” Mazda 3 doesn’t at any trim level
Definitely. I have a Honda Civic that is supposed to get 30 city/40 highway. My commute is 1/3 highway, 2/3 waiting at stoplights. I have a combined 26.
I was hoping to get this kind of tier Kia Stinger as my next car, (4 cyl with goodies), but they killed it likely for this reason
Especially when so many fucking sedans these days are trying to look like coupes and fastbacks, then sputter out with a trunk. Give me a hatchback Accord and Sonata, let’s cut the bullshit.
I think ultimately the issue is that people that are buying cars these days generally want four passenger doors. I’m sure I’m not the only one who almost got a Veloster but ultimately chose a competitor with five doors.
This is a car blog for car dorks. This is the place for this kind of take.
Absolutely. I’m generally fine with most of Honda’s lineup, but the front of the CR-V is hideous with its pulled up weird bulbous thing.
I have some news for you about how much money rich people have
I dunno, if someone is looking for a $30,000 SUV then I’m not sure one with the fuel economy of the GX is the right answer
Make it Edison to make the nerds mad
