I see a lot of C-HR and HR-Vs, because I imagine a lot of people think “I want an SUV version of my Corolla/Civic! Oh wow the CR-V and Rav-4 are expensive!” Likewise, the Chevy Trax is for people who think the C-HR and HR-V are too expensive since Chevy will throw so much money on the hood.
