I actually agree. As far as crimes go, this was pretty harmless. Nobody got hurt, no damage was done, and cleanup finished in under a minute with only a napkin.

That’s the thing people don’t seem to get - trafficking happens a LOT because it’s very, very easy to get away with. Most frequently, the victims go along with it because they have no idea how bad things are about to get.
