Air fryer’s popularity baffles the fuck out of me. It’s just a convection oven with a fancy marketing term thrown on it. Go get you a toaster oven (or a real one moneybags) with a convection option and you can do so much more with the same counter space used.

Yeast and water are both incredibly important for beer flavor. Hell I’d argue yeast is the single most important contributor to flavor in beer.

It is not a thing for 99.9% of big beer. Blending batches makes infection of the beer more likely and just is not an optimal method when you want the same exact flavor/consistency across millions of beers.
