This is such great news. The Thai Navy SEAL team, international rescue divers, doctors, pumpers, farmers, food service donations, laundry service donations, literally anyone involved are heroes. I am just amazed all 13 made such a treacherous rescue safely. Kudos to all those involved.

It’s not a good idea to go without meds. Untreated, bipolar tends to get worse over time. Cycles can get longer, more frequent, and more severe. The earlier you start medications, the more effective they are likely to be.

No one talks about it but I think the low point for many couples’ relationship is the last 2 weeks before the wedding. No one in my entire circle of friends was happy that last month. We were all miserable, stressed out, overwhelmed, and frustrated. We all went on to have wonderful, supportive, loving marriages…
