Silly how California visitors blame every bike accident they see on lanesplitting, while in other states, they just happen. Well, unless they weren’t wearing a helmet, then they often feel the biker had it coming.

You have no idea how that bike went down. Bikes get rear ended all the time, while not splitting, and very well could be what happened here too.

They were trying to dump weight, hoping fewer crew would help. It may have helped get the aircraft high enough to get on deck, maybe even saving those that did survive.

FWIW, here’s the Allpar.com image

Yea, that stood out to me too. Sort of creepy how she(?) just moves just a single, wispy branch to hide behind.

Kadrons were dual, single barrel, Solex carbs. Usually 40mm, sometimes 44mm. They were a reliable, economical performance upgrade, but never a drag racer’s choice. Exciting that Kaddie Shack is dialing in well enough for front end lifting, quick times.

Tired, and keeps going.

I wonder if that’s what the green-yellow curbs are about.

Seems like a nice feature for a motorhome. When not driving, the RV is all set up with a bigscreen tailgating TV.

Hands were dirtier than dad’s, and above the wrists were suspiciously clean. Hands got greased up for play, not from wrenching. Love seeing her having fun at dad’s side.

Showing a good side of bikers is important to me, but it also makes me feel good. When I acknowledge all those nice drivers, the

Just a set of six replacement tires are about $250,000.

I don’t trust a law for something that is already legal.

The Fiat is too long, to lay across the bed, so it would more than 13 feet, behind truck cab. Being shorter at about 8 1/2” long, the Smart can go across and only uses about 5 1/2 feet (its width) behind trucks cab. Going width wise not only saves the length, but can use simpler ramp system too.

Most common is ramps and winch, but I like the hydraulic lift since it looks like would be good for motorcycles too.

Yea, AZ historic plates are really nothing more than a personalized plate. Pay an extra $10 annual on top of the normal reg fees. Gets you a copper colored plate with red trim. AZ is the Copper State, and did the plates in copper back in the 30s, so sort of a neat call back but no perks.

Three wheels, chain final drive, steers with handle(on a)bar...that’s a motorcycle.

Who’d expect this from a sidehack pilot and monkey? They’re usually so sane.
