a) Starting a comment with “putting on flame-retardant clothing” is never a good way to begin. It tells us that you’re pre-emptively putting yourself in a place of victimhood (as a straight white cis man) against the mean and nasty women/POCs/trans folk.

My 12 year old son is very slim and he’s 85 pounds. I think a public stoning would be appropriate for this bitch. Or she could be drawn and quartered.
My 11 year old daughter, who has my slight build but lots of muscle from gymnastics, is 5'2" and weighs about 93 lbs. My just turned 13 year old son is 5'4", 113 lbs. Just for reference. They both appear pretty average compared to most peers.
Come now. We can’t judge people based on what they wear, do, or say. It’s all about how they feel, which is demonstrated when they are confronted with what they’ve worn, done, or said and need to save their asses.

Everytime people working on a big, messy, complicated, deeply-entrenched issue (or spectrum of related issues) that spans generations and geographies implies that there can be no infighting or disagreement among them, my eyelid twitches a little bit
