Don’t know what you’re on about. I never referenced gender, am not on the site much these days, and it was a personal opinion...like anyone here is going to be told what to think. Also, you sound like fun, said no one ever.

Can we get a Spoiler Space on this? Because I have no interest in sitting through 2 hours of feel-good plagiarism and wish-fulfillment, no matter how much I dig the songs.

The one thing that became apparent to me over the last season of SNL was that McKinnon seemed far less funny than everyone made her out to be. And her incessant desire to mug through pounds of makeup seemed more desperate than inspired.

Could it be somewhat relatable to the weird ownership people take over celebrities here, where they act as if they know the person so well that they are certain they should cast shade or send death threats to anyone who should malign (or erroneously appear to be maligning) said celebrity?

With all the delays and re-shoots, NEW MUTANTS probably won’t live up to the promise of that very intriguing trailer from however long ago it was. A shame.

I loved this show so much, and the finale’s twist seems pretty perfect. Very glad it was renewed for S2.
