I think Audrey is still IN her coma; she is struggling to "return", much the same as Cooper.
Charlie, and that whole gang of characters she mentioned last week, are her reality in the coma.

The arm-wrestling scene reminded me of the Winkies from THE WIZARD OF OZ, how as soon as their leader is dead, their allegiance instantly shifts!

I liked it, but I WANTED to like it more.
I felt like the film was pushing this "SHE'S LIKEABLE!" thing, and I was saying, "Wait, i already like her, you don't have to sell me!"
