I don't know whether it's the tension of the riots or becoming re-tuned to the rhythms of TWIN PEAKS, but every time there's a silly scene, I'm on edge waiting for it to turn violent /tragic… and when that doesn't happen —- "oh, it's JUST a silly scene…" it feels flat and empty, and kind of dishonest.

I squint during the credits coz I like to be surprised… and I'm so glad i did!
