I feel we got cheated out of some great character development scenes by not SEEING Cameron & Bosworth scheming together.
That would have made the whole season 10% better.

If nothing else, it's a great acting showcase for Kerry Bishé’ and Mackenzie Davis.
I think ALL the cast, but especially Kerry Bishé’ and Mackenzie Davis, are too good for this show.
The previous two seasons had clear themes that made each season a story that would stand on it's own.
Either this season didn't achieve that, or it was so subtle it went over my head (entirely possible).
I appreciated that Ali didn't just throw the things overboard.
SHEESH, am I the only person on AVC who has worked food service jobs?!?!?
20% is my default, 25% for great service, 30% for exceptional service.
Agree with everything except "Ali's weird gross face", which I LOVE because that is a REAL face.
It reminds me of S3 of OITNB, in that it feels flat on it's own, but when you look back on it as just the first half of S4, it's much stronger.
I'm ready to follow jill Solloway ANYWHERE, but this season felt undercooked to me.
Thank you for that validation.
Ha, I just realized its YOU'LL GROW OUT OF IT, not YOU'LL GROW INTO IT!
You didn't.
It's the experiences we bring to art that make the stories deeper.
So sorry, @StormofCutness [Hugs]

I just HATE Gordon, but I feel that the show thinks I should empathize with him.
He sucks.
OH and OF COURSE Grace Gummer is a highlight, but she's only in 3 episodes.
ALSO: If you a stickler for period set detail & costume, this show will frustrate you. It often looks like off-the-rack PARTY CITY. But I'd rather they scrimp there than in writing or acting.
I finished GOOD GIRLS REVOLT.
I like it! It reminds me of CHINA BEACH more than MAD MEN.
It has an earnest heart, though there's no denying that the dialogue can be clunky.
I could EASILY see it as an ABC show, minus some nudity.
It's actually a much more conventional show than I would expect from AMAZON.
I was aghast when I heard Vicki tips 15%… and that she seemed to think that was perfectly ok!
I felt like that is the most insight we've had into who Vicki is as a person, aside from her cancer and relationship with Maura.
Up until that moment, I've thought of Vicki as a saint.
What decade was it when 15% was considered…
AVC diverted all resources to SUPPER CLUB and The Untold History Of The FILET-O-FISH™.
I feel like we're meant to wonder: Did Rita really intend to, or did her new medication drive her to it?
