I realize now that ALL the flashbacks this season were open-ended… We didn't see the moment of arrest for any of the character's EXCEPT Bayely. In some cases, we might not have even necessarily seen the actual crime that sent the inmates to prison.
Oh wait, I just remembered Lolly's altercation with the cops. Well,

Yes, Heylia and Celia were my favorite characters, (hated Doug)… I was hoping that WEEDS would do what OITNB has done, expand into an ensemble show about all the characters of Agrestic!
I'm SO GLAD OITNB isn't THE PIPER SHOW the way WEEDS was THE NANCY SHOW!

The first 3 seasons of WEEDS is one of the best shows ever.
The following seasons should really just be considered a not-well-thought-out spin off from the original show.

WHAT A TREAT!!!!

She's the Dominican woman in the first episode of S4 who strikes up a conversation with Flaca about teardrop tattoos.

"I want my gurrlz to stay BUSY"

That look on Judy's face as the inmates swarmed from all directions, just as she THOUGHT she was outta there, was EVERYTHING!!!! I WAS HOWLING!!!!!

I appreciate your social commentary!

Remember Lolly working as a reporter at the free weekly?

"It's not enough to realize or feel guilty about something, but to rather be cognizant of it beyond actually replicating it."

You have some kind of sick investment in this.

I don't think it's a CONCIOUS racial bias, but it is there all the same.

And the cat will have the same beard & hairdo as him!

YES: if they are going to put Maritza through that horrifying mouse story, I need some character growth as payoff.

It felt like the writer's anticipating the audience needed a break in the tension…
… but I didn't.
A lot of the comedy felt shoehorned and distracting in this last episode.
I was ready to TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.

MCC will make him the scapegoat eventually, and then he'll be all, "I TRIED to be a good guyyyyyyy!!!!!"

Not to mention his compartmentalization; he keeps referring to Linda From Purchasing and MCC as if they are separate from himself; BUT HE IS A PART OF MCC.
That reminds me of Mccullough's line about the frat house rape; THE WHOLE FRAT is responsible.

At least it would be a signal to the inmates that SOMEBODY cares, for however briefly.

"It is to be vigilant about never letting myself slide down the slippery slope into Caputo-ness."

LOOK, both times he is MOST NEEDED at the prison, he's out gettin' his dick taken are of.
