That performance was amazing. He re-posted it in Inauguration day and immediately made me feel better. Even if the song was originally meant to be about a person named Whitehouse the meaning has changed now.

Got Animals on repeat this past month.
I feel so conflicted. Prince would not have wanted this, but I do listen to Spotify at work….
There's alot of those moments for me, including flicking your finger through a candle flame. I know if you do it quickly enough it won't burn you, but why even do it?
It's basically like the scene in the first Austin Powers when he wakes up from the freezing chamber
ahahahaha!!!
I felt Jackson was not that keen on coming back, he had said before he didn't want to do the Hobbit as there was less to work with. I think he felt obligated, but loves the work enough to invest himself. Lucas just felt totally detached from reality, and it shows in his direction. Most of the actors were decent…
The book is still there, it's not like he got the rights to releasing it and is making "special editions" every 5 years that change scenes in the book for the worse!
I think its a huge part of it, plus the lack of proper attention given to Bard, Beorn, and Dain who were a big part of the books.
I was a fan of both, and I can understand the anger at the Hobbit. It left much to be desired, but nothing comes close to the level of failure the prequels unleashed.
It has 2 at the most. It actually needed a few more endings.
I liked the films, but I can see the argument that it was too close to the Star Wars Prequels for comfort- especially that awful Alfrid character, he almost Jar Jarred the scenes with Bard.
