Willam as Jessica Simpson leaving to go shopping (and replacing herself with a cardboard cutout that I think they had to blur?)

Trinity made me giggle last night, though, during one of the "producer interviews" where she said "Does Rachel Zoe really sound like that?" (producer response) "That's unfortunate." Just the way she said "that's unfortunate" was very funny.

Sort of ignores that "Babycakes" is a remake of a German movie, "Zuckerbaby," which was a pretty good movie.

I liked Bedazzled, and yes, I know it's a remake—and I've seen the original, and the original is better—but I still liked it.

I dunno, it has the feeling to me of the Chinese restaurant employees trying to do something nice for the people who are eating there on Christmas. Not mean-spirited at all.

BTW, Jean Shepherd likely would have agreed with you. He was an interesting guy—and also kind of an asshole, from what I can tell. But he attended the 1963 March on Washington.

Jean Shepherd grew up in Hammond, Indiana, which is considered part of the Chicago metro area. If you read the stories that "A Christmas Story" is based on, the feel is very much recent immigrant/first generation born in the U.S. working class.

Queenie is getting resurrected, and LaLaurie's head is going on her body, "Incredible Two-Headed Transplant" blaxploitation style.

I thought the end montage set to the spiritual was a bit tiresome, but I wasn't offended by it. So, B for the total episode for me. I'm not sure we are supposed to think too hard about this.

It's gonna happen—Ray Milland and Rosey Grier.

I'm thinking Queenie…

Uh oh… I just had a thought which I really, really hope is not going to happen. Think Ray Milland and Rosey Grier…

I don't know, I agree with Jeminia that most of this seems pretty clear—in other words, it's not taking us any work to figure out. One question you raised that Jeminia didn't address is why LaLaurie was brought back—I thought that was because Fiona wanted to find out how to stay alive forever herself—obviously the

What show is the picture above from? I do Agility, was just curious.

I mean that the plot of a Simpson's episode made me think of another cartoon show—particularly a Seth MacFarlane show.

When I realized Isabel was a republican, I immediately thought of the "American Dad" where Stan befriends a man exactly like him except that he's an atheist. Which is the first time that's ever happened.

Yeah, it was edited after.

Zoe's red is more natural looking than Myrtle's but it sure looks red to me.

Right, that's what I was thinking. And that she did it for a purpose we just don't know about yet.

Doesn't mean she didn't do it, though.
