I think stupidity once again comes into play when people think auto-pilot means self driving.

People are too dumb to use push to start buttons. Several people have died already.

Tesla will have to start getting people to sign agreements that they won’t do things like watch movies while autopilot is on, that they understand this isn’t a self driving car and they accept the risk if they choose to use semi-autonomous driving features.

There’s no room for people who think they can watch movies instead of driving their car. Anyone who gets into an accident while autopilot is on is 100% to blame.

The prevailing question over crashes involving Autopilot is whether the drivers are aware of the risk they are taking when driving with Autopilot turned on.
