Apple didn’t jack the personal computer from Xerox. Apple is credited for one of the creators of the home computer. Xerox GAVE Steve Jobs a copy of the code for their GUI. Xerox also did not invent the GUI by the way.

Before Apple started selling iPhone in China there was a chinese company that held the name iPhone. Apple paid them millions to buy the name.
