I guess dumb is subjective, although I thoroughly agree from an emissions perspective. Calling potential buyers tone deaf is an understatement.

Personally, I think it’s great that BMW found a use for all those cell phones from the pre-Android days

I’m generally not a fan of the modern ‘squinty’ slit headlight.

I like the ‘for esthetics only’ black trim piece, headlight design and placement.

Nah I agree, but there is more design talent somewhere in Honda than this design would suggest. And making these budget cars look better is going to be a big selling point for millennial car buyers.

Wrong.

You are correct - google says US production started in 2015 for the 2016 model year. That aside, this is a generally pretty good-looking design. Big thumbs up for any cheap car that looks decent and isn’t a rickety pile of crap like a Mirage.

When the Honda HR-V debuted in the U.S. over a decade ago,”

Although not exactly right it’s close. Software engineering is broken, and not reliable if there are lives on the line, at least not if you want it to be good

There's going to be a massive chip shortage for a long time and the Switch is still the bestselling console most months. Switch Pro makes much more sense, as it'd likely keep using mostly the same components with a few crucial upgrades, all without cannibalizing Switch's strong performance.

The fluoride in the drinking water makes us desire shitty crossovers over capable cars.

That’s why anti-vaxxers who drink well water and avoid pizza are the only ones you can trust.

There are already systems like this in Latin America. I saw this in Medellin, Colombia where they have one called the Metrocable. It is an enormous success (16 million annual ridership on 5 lines). It is particularly great for cities in mountainous terrain. Locals there love it.

The scammers have been out in force these last few years trying to capitalize on the new eco pedestrian urbanism movement. The Hyperloop, that stupid train pod thing, flying taxis, and now a gondola.

Just build some fucking trains. Proper long distance rail, light rail, metros, and raised track systems.

This only makes sense in certain conditions. Basically, as an alternative to a Funicular at steep grade changes. As horizontal transportation this is a horrible option.

I don't think people are comparing. Raptor? Asshole. Honda? Asshole. Guy cheering for someone getting hurt? Asshole.

It’s unclear if the two had had a prior run-in on the road, or if the truck driver simply didn’t want the sedan getting ahead.

ha! i was literally just thinking the same thing. Its nice to see a well fitted/tailored suit and cuff. That seems to be a dying art in this country.

I don’t like either, and I really hate that winged eyeliner look on the bolt and nissan’s C-pillar, but a gold bowtie is really offsetting. For the love of everything holy, just black it out or something.

Speaking of Fit, how about that jacket?
