Lorde inadvertently making a really tasteless joke when she just wanted to share her love of a good bath is literally me, all the time, every day of my life. I see you, girl.

Brenda Spencer and Amy Bishop would like a word.

Kanye West hangs with Trump, defends Bill Cosby but Taylor Swift is the enemy...okay lol. West was the one who called her ‘that bitch’ in a song while acting like it was going to be a compliment. Keep sucking his egomaniac dick though.

The Venn Diagram of people who would be annoyed if there was a single reference to black 80s culture and people who “don’t get why Black Panther is such a big deal” is a circle.

he’s not a gamer, he’s an official Troop of the right wing. Available for a modest fee to discuss BENGHAZI!

I love her madly, but sister, stop making shit about you, Hils! She continues to display her tone-deaf reactions to any culture outside of herself and constantly gices into the immediate and lazy soundbite that will inevitably haunt her (and democratic candidates) later. Momma, sit the fuck down!

I really REALLY wanted Paul Bettany.

It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it. — Upton Sinclair

Wrong color.

Ahem.

oh, ok then.

THANK YOU. This isn’t the type of thing that should be omitted from an article about the dude, just because it’s “coming from a different angle,” or somesuch. You can neglect to mention Kyrie Irving’s flat earther stance, or Lionel Messi’s tax issues, but even a piece with an entirely unrelated aim should at least ackn

Word on the street is that he’s been spending the cash he’s raising from his fundraising on himself

My hip!

General Zod was a backbencher when Superman II came out. Most audiences at the time would have been much more familiar with Bizarro or Brainiac if asked to name a non-Luthor Superman villain. But audiences cared about Zod because Terrence Stamp gives an awesome performance.

There are almost too many examples of this

Yeah, this. It’s the story and not the villain at fault for the bad movie. Movie adaptations have a chance to alter things to make characters meet the needs of the medium. Doc Ock was a more interesting character in Spider-Man 2 than he ever was in the comics. Michael Keaton’s Vulture was way off the comic’s version

Ronan was at least colorful and grandiose and performed with a human face under all that makeup. DCEU has a “growly grey giant” problem where  Steppenwolf, Doomsday, and Ares are just messy looking CGI boss puppets.

The biggest problem with Steppenwolf was the bargain basement CGI made every one of his scenes look like a cut scene from Injustice 3.

GotG succeeded because it satirized the typical megamanical comic-book villain in using Ronan as the films big bad. The look on his face when Star-Lord essentially challenged him to a dance-off was worth the price of admission.
