Hate to be that person but in that instance he was correct in putting the period outside “how to use a bidet”. If the quotes are someone speaking, then the period is part of their statement so it goes inside. in this case, he was quoting something he googled. you would not google with the period so it goes outside.

If it's getting people to get out and move more that's great in and of itself, and my roommate who plays with her bf has mentioned that they end up chatting with neighbors and total strangers so much more now because people who are playing have something in common to make small talk about.
