It’s not, Sanders would have turned out a chunk of the 8.13% of people who voted for Obama in ‘12 and didn’t vote for Clinton. Amongst those 5 million people very few voted for Trump, we know this cause he got 1.3% less votes than Romney. A drop off of more than 800,000 votes.
