I still can't wrap my head around the fact that people want to start the day with Taco Bell. Even at the end of a night of getting drunk and high sometimes it's not the best decision.

I just want more than anything to get a reunion of Arya with Jon and Sansa (and Nymeria!) in Winterfell but since this is Game of Thrones I'm not holding my breath.

Definitely. Which is actually pretty remarkable given all that she's been through (watching her father get beheaded, arriving just in time to realize her mother and brother were killed and even I see Robb's body with his direwolves' head seen on it if I'm not mistaken, losing her mentor in Syrio, dealing with her

Same. Arya is my favorite character and Maisie Williams is my favorite actress on the show and while I do think her time with the Faceless Men was important…I mean Christ they didn't have to drag it out that long. I get that they had to let the rest of the storylines catch up while not completely ignoring a fan

It may have been when she and the Hound arrived at the Eyrie only to find out that her aunt had been killed.

He kills a Queen to save the realm.

Yeah that was my first thought too. He had just got done saying how crucial it is that every able bodied citizen of the North join together to fight this enemy. So the lesson was right but I guess maybe not the best time for it? I'm fine with Sansa voicing her discord but it's not a great look to do so in front of a

I also saw it as a nice compliment to what we saw with The Hound. "Treat a stranger well and you'll get it back in return.". Something she is heeding now that he wishes he had back when he met the man and his daughter.

I think he's a man without a country. He's spent his whole life loyal and in love with Cersei and now that they've both changed in diametric ways I think he knows that by remaining loyal to her that he's not only putting his own life in danger but still playing the part of the villain. He's clearly still in love with

Yeah it might have come across as harsh but the truth hurts and Sansa telling Jon that Robb and Ned were honorable to a fault and that's why they lost their heads is something that Jon needs to hear.

I didn't get that impression at all from their scene in her newly painted map of Westeros room. He was straight up telling her that she has no chance in this war and dragons are gonna fry her and her army alive while basically telling her she's out of her element.

Thank fucking God she is finally away from Braavos.

I will actually be very disappointed if that's the route her storyline goes. I want that scene to be a sign that she can a badass assassin hellbent on revenge while retaining at least some of her identity. If she's just a blank tool of the Faceless Men that's a really depressing way for her story to end.

You're right that was an act of mercy that largely played a part in her deciding how important it was for her to keep identity as a Stark and not fully enter the Faceless Men. I just meant she could have a normal moment of peace where she could not have to worry about murdering someone or being murdered and enjoy some

In many ways her being so terrified of the prophecy has caused her to make it a self fulfilling prophecy and that's one of them right there because you're right she likely knew the consequences and it didn't stop her.

But that was still a desire for power though. I think ultimately she has always wanted people to know that she is the one in power but given the patriarchal society she's in she was resigned to pulling the strings with Joffrey and Tommen and when they didn't fall in line with her desires you could see how frustrated

I think caring for her children has been really overblown and that as each of them pass we see that really she's been more afraid of self preservation/ensuring that the prophecy doesn't come true. Or at least some combination of that and becoming cold since Joff's grisly death because she did not mourn Myrcella at all

That *all* she has ever cared about are her children and now she's taken the Iron Throne because, eh might as well there's nothing better to do?

I'm good either way tbh! I like vengeful and murderous (if the situation calls for it) Arya as well as Arya with traces of humanity intact.

You know what, Barney? Give this guy a cigarette. He's freaking out.
