Funny how if 99% of your applicants are Indian, it’s magically not a “diversity problem” but if its even 50% white, it is.

Funny how if it’s a “black” problem, they have to explain why middle, upper-middle, and upper class black people don’t have these issues.

Since when have we proven that a “lack of diversity” is a problem? Or even defined what “diversity” is and when it’s achieved? Or that being “diverse” is inherently better than not?

I once went to a Hooters and noticed that 100% of the servers were women. Where is the social outcry for this “lack of diversity”?

So white = bad and non-white = good?

And where is the credible evidence for these claims? Where is the proof that there is bias or that more women and minority owned businesses will operate without a bias?

Who cares. Until it’s proven that “diversity”, whatever that even means, is inherently better than a “lack of diversity”, whatever that means, this is all just nonsense predicated on presuppositions.

It’s funny how everyone who cries about a lack of “diversity” (whatever that even means since they can’t even put it into concrete terms) can never put forth a credible argument as to why everything has to be “diverse” whatever that nebulous achievement even is.
