I think it was Xmas '87. I was grateful to get some some pretty sweet presents, but one in particular confused me at first. It was a gaming magazine, and on it was a note...

This article kinda going hand-in-hand with the one I read yesterday about the "announcer-less" Dolphins-Jets game in 1980. Sometimes narration adds depth to the game, sometimes it takes it away.

Giant Link cares not for your pithy laser blasts!

I see what you did thar!

LOL BL2 SUX, HALO GUD- M$ GIVE ME MONEY!!!111

Thank-you

I wonder if they got pointers from the crazy NJ game controller guy?

I wasn't aware of this until I read the article. Now i'm going to join in the fun!

Compromise? More like gave up!

Vidya Gamez are tha DEVL!!!!!11

I've thought about this for awhile myself, but with the cities being showcased in "period pieces" it would have to be premised Mad-Maxian in each city is stuck in a cultural 'time-warp' ala Havana. A GTA MMO though would be exquisite!

Nice rant, maybe you should do something about it

Always been partial to Vice City, huge 80s-theme fanatic. Enjoyed the realism of IV and the world depth III brought and SA improved upon. I do, however, miss the tounge-in-cheek humor the original games (GTA/GTA2) brought to the table.

I take my 7-yo everywhere, I can't trust her to make good choices and don't expect her to be self-sufficient until her teens.

What is this "Girlfriend" you speak of?

MEN-DO-ZAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

Some publishers may go that direction. I personally don't agree with it, and feel I can make informed decisions about my purchases (Lime Kool-Aid is delicious, by the way). Enjoy your horse 'n' bayonet.

I don't respect wasting resources that could be more useful elsewhere. Digital is the future and discs are on their way out just like floppies.
