President Judge Kim Berkeley Clark issued a court order on Thursday “demanding a complete investigation by the Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania.”

Warren Durham

His name is Warren Durham, and he won’t be charged with a felony. I can’t help but wonder what the charges would be if the roles were reversed. Imagine a student 2 feet taller and 3 times heavier than Warren picking him up and throwing him to the floor - TWICE - then dragging his sorry ass down the hallway...

You’re right, Bill. Alex didn’t buy it from the auction nor from his acquaintance. He did buy another car for $300 from that guy, so maybe that’s where Tom and Andrew got confused. Alex is merely looking it over for that guy and decided to make a video about it. He liked making the video about it so much, that he asks

You missed one; perhaps the best one! There’s not a cool video to go along with it, but it’s Rosetta Stoned by Tool. The lyrics are...fascinating.

FWIW, we never saw Walter’s lifeless body at the end of the finale. We saw him on the floor dying of blood loss from the bullet wound, and we saw the first responders arriving and approaching Walter as he lay dying.

Regarding Dakich’s tweet, it (and he) is shamelessly hypocritical.

Sure, Aliens can also apply to his reference in the context of that scene in Infinity War, but I’ll go with Tom’s description of his misspeak, thank you.

Yes, but in that video (above), Tom is right about being wrong to call it Aliens in Infinity War. When Spider-Man asked Iron Man if he’d “ever seen this old movie - Aliens?”, he was referring to this scene from Alien:
