This is the correct take on the issue.

Pretty much everyone involved in this story should have been arrested.  Throwing something off an overpass has caused deaths where I live.

 Same. They were such a gem. I ended up with an 1125CR for several years but it as a little scarier at it's limits.  Eventually traded it and now firmly planted in the BMW family.

You could say the same about basically any vehicle, even the wrangle. Let’s face it 90% of them never see a gravel road.  Who cares.  Fact of the matter is the new pathfinder looks better than most 3 row suv’s now, and is a good enough vehicle for most.
