It’s players vs. AI. While I might understand the frustration in a PvP game this is just absolutely silly to get pissed off at. The game has been out for years. This is the one of the dumbest things I’ve seen the gaming community get pissed off at in the last year.

I am pretty sure in one of those 30 minute gameplay videos, it was said you can change the operatives names. Now, whether thats FULL custom naming, or “change the adjective and animal” custom, I dont know.

I haven’t spent a ton of time playing around with this, but it seems like you can do both side-ops and normal missions as recruited soldiers. (I assume the game will just swap in Snake for cut-scenes as necessary.) I believe you can use whatever gadgets or weapons Snake can use. Some of them do have special abilities…

I wanna know if you can play as female recruits like in Portable Ops and Peace Walker.
