When I had made my comment the article didnt even state that. It said DLC in the headline, and then the article was just a description of what RE8 was. It didnt even say something like “We dont have any more info at the moment”. The body of the article was devoid.

Directors cut thigns out themselves they feel dont work in the final product all the time. But directors cut in this instance could also mean just extra new content. It could also mean content he didnt have time to finish or perfect.
