I dont think the person you are replying to was commenting about whether or not the review should mention it, I think you misunderstood. The comment was talking about what the comparison says about the quality of Pokemon, not about the validity of making that comparison.

By no means a religion expert here, but it seems to me that any religion that has “[supreme being(s)] created Man in his/her own image” as a core tenet are going to be fundamentally hostile to extra-terrestrial life.
